2. How We Collect Information

Most account, registration, and payment information is collected through iClassPro, the third-party class management and registration platform we use to handle enrollment, scheduling, billing, and family accounts. When you sign up for classes, create a family account, or make a payment, that information is collected and stored through iClassPro's systems and is subject to iClassPro's own privacy practices in addition to this policy.

We also collect information directly through the Site, through paper or digital waivers, and through communications you have with our staff.

  • Create and manage your family account
  • Process payments and send billing notices
  • Communicate with you about classes, schedule changes, closures, and account matters
  • Respond to inquiries and provide customer support
  • Ensure participant safety, including responding to medical or emergency situations
  • Send promotional messages and updates, where permitted (you may opt out at any time)
  • Maintain the security and proper functioning of our Site and systems
  • Comply with legal obligations

4. Payment Processing

Payments are processed through our registration platform and its integrated payment processors. We do not store full credit card or bank account numbers on our own servers. Payment information is handled by the processor in accordance with applicable security standards, including PCI-DSS. Please review the privacy and security terms of iClassPro and its payment partners for details on how your payment data is handled.

5. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in the following circumstances:

  • Service providers: With third parties who perform services on our behalf, including iClassPro (registration, scheduling, and account management), payment processors, and email or communication providers. These providers are authorized to use your information only as needed to provide services to us.
  • Safety and emergencies: With medical personnel, emergency responders, or designated emergency contacts when necessary to protect the health or safety of a participant.
  • Legal requirements: When required by law, subpoena, court order, or other legal process, or to protect our rights, property, or the safety of others.
  • Business transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, or similar transaction, in which case information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

6. Children's Privacy

We provide programs for minors and, as a result, collect information about children directly from parents and legal guardians during registration. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 through the Site without parental consent.

All registration and account information concerning a minor is provided by, and remains under the control of, the parent or guardian who creates the account. Parents and guardians may review, update, or request deletion of their child's information by contacting us using the information in Section 12, subject to any records we are required to retain for legal or safety reasons.

If you believe we have collected information from a child in a manner inconsistent with this policy, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to address it.

7. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Our Site and registration platform use cookies and similar technologies to keep you logged in, remember preferences, understand how the Site is used, and improve functionality. You can set your browser to refuse cookies or alert you when cookies are being sent, but some parts of the Site or registration portal may not function properly if you do.

8. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. Our registration and payment systems are operated by third-party providers who maintain their own security safeguards. However, no method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide services, comply with legal and tax obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer required, we take reasonable steps to delete or anonymize it.

10. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate information
  • Request deletion of your information, subject to legal retention requirements
  • Opt out of marketing communications at any time by using the unsubscribe link in our emails or by contacting us directly
